Steps challenge with friends
A weekly steps challenge is the easiest group challenge to start: everyone already has a step count on their phone. 10,000 steps a day is 70,000 in a week, but you pick the number that suits you.

How to run it
- Create a race with a weekly step goal.
- Each person picks their own target when they join.
- Log your steps from your phone or watch once a day.
Example goal
70,000 steps in a week. Everyone picks a personal target, and the live race track ranks by percent of each person's own goal.
Why a race helps
You can see who has logged today, and you can invite a friend with one link. Friends can join with just a nickname, with no sign-up. Races hold up to 10 players, and public races up to 100.
