30-day challenge with friends
Thirty days is long enough to build a habit and short enough to finish. Doing it with friends turns a private promise into a shared one, which is the part that tends to stick.

How to run it
- Choose one thing you can count: workouts, pages, words, minutes of practice.
- Set a 30-day race with a goal such as 30 workouts, or a total like 300 pages.
- Share the invite link. Everyone logs as they go and sees the standings update.
Example goal
Do it every day for 30 days. Everyone picks a personal target, and the live race track ranks by percent of each person's own goal.
Why a race helps
You can see who has logged today, and you can invite a friend with one link. Friends can join with just a nickname, with no sign-up. Races hold up to 10 players, and public races up to 100.
Questions
What can I track?
Anything you can count: workouts, pages, minutes, words, calls, steps. You choose the unit.
What if I miss a day?
Log more the next day. The race tracks your total against your goal, not an unbroken chain.
Is it free?
Yes, during the beta.
