Push-up challenge with friends
A push-up challenge works because it is easy to measure and easy to repeat. The hard part is keeping going when nobody is watching. A race with friends fixes that: you see who logged today, and you do not want to be last on the track.

How to run it
- Pick a goal that fits the week. 1,000 push-ups in 7 days is about 143 a day, and 100 in a week is a fine start.
- Everyone chooses their own goal, so a beginner at 100 and a regular at 1,000 can race fairly. The ranking uses percent of each person's goal.
- Log your reps after each set. The live track shows who is ahead.
Example goal
1,000 push-ups in a week. Everyone picks a personal target, and the live race track ranks by percent of each person's own goal.
Why a race helps
You can see who has logged today, and you can invite a friend with one link. Friends can join with just a nickname, with no sign-up. Races hold up to 10 players, and public races up to 100.
Questions
How many push-ups should I aim for?
Pick something you can do on a bad day. Beginners can start with 100 in a week, regulars with 500 to 1,000. You set your own goal when you join.
Can a beginner beat someone stronger?
Yes. The ranking uses percent of your own goal, not raw numbers.
Do my friends need an account?
No. They can join with just a nickname as a guest.
